ii. Husband and wife agrees

given cases..diagnose...of cof must master in physio,patho,anat,n pharmaco...because all these are related for clinal case...cuakkkkk(penyakit pe nak target kluar)i tink of cos hyperthyroidm n heart failure must be one of them..

~rabu~OSPE...(lab practical)
all subjects plus HIstology...identify the cells n their characteristics..maybe 6,7 station fot these subject only...,almost stations use microscope esp in histo,parasito,microbe n pathology for sure the abnormal things...huwaaaa~every station 4 mins are given(i tink 1 min wil deduce to move to anoher stati0n+write id num n ic...then i have 3 mins only to tink n answer)~30 stations

~khamis~Multiple choice Question(MCQ)
50 questions x 5...how much??250 questions...every question just answer TRUE or FALSE only...very easy la Ana...but yg xbes nyer kalo salah the mark will reduce 0.5....so sad...n not easily becoz all will be confusing me..just see!!!

1st sekali syukur sgt aku dilahirkan dalam kluarga islam,..even family aku xsemewah mana...but they try to give everything...aku xpenah hidup susah,,everything was prepared,,,dr kecik mak gosokan baju,,sampai fom 1 everythng kena wat sendiri...kat skolah smbil bsuh baju ase nk nangis...hahah...dulu ak agak (xbape pndai +malas nak mampus)...selepas disekeh oleh ayh...hoho jadi excellent..but some people want more but for me wat i have is just enough...i m hepi with my life...wateva happened just to make me become strong n come back to basic...go girl!!!!



b4 balik tadi mak masakan aku pe aku ckap nk makan semalam..aku cakap je pon,,,apesal mak baik sgt nie...
ayh bagi belanja kat aku lagi wlpun dye taw aku ade jpa ....
adik aku slalo bagi n belikn barang kat aku (tp not her money)...syg betul dye kat aku..aku beli sepaket ZIP nk bwak sini...aku bagi dye 1...punya la dye suka smpai jilat plastik...aku suh dye amek lagi...tapi tadi before balik aku bagi dye sume..ngeee~

tamat dah pembelajaran sem 2...dat means dh abes blaja kena la jawab exam...seumo hidup mmg xleh lari dari exam ke...huwaaaa!!!xsuka xsuka...

mcm mana paper tadi????huwaaa aku lagi suka jawab paper etnik smlam....blaja medik bes tapi jwb exam dye xbes...blaja psal SEJARAH xbes jwab exam dye bes....

pedulikan dapat berapa A,B or C..tp xnk la fail..pape pon can't be returned back...so berusaha utk final exam!!!

how long xupdate my blog..as long aku xlma chat ngn abg turki aku..heheh...(actually aku patut rapat ngan dye skng memangdangkan befday aku yang ke 20 hampir tiba,.mana taw dapat hadiah dari turki ke(ana yang materialistik)...ok back to the title HatI...pe hati??hati-hati??love? i wanna say about LIvER,.

actually liver is nothing compare to brain or heart..u cant smile if u have problem with these both..but liver for sure important for my exam...heheh...

actually wat is the complication to liver failure???bia teman cte kat kome...gini citer nyer~

liver aka hati...function dye sgt bnyak,,,thats y la dye organ plg besa exclude skin la..

1st mnghasilkan bile(emm bile 2 xtaw lak dlm melayu nyer ape)..bile pntg utk memudahkan lemak dihadam,,,actually bile nie dihasilkan drpd cholesterol...sape ckp cholesterol xpntg....tiap Allah jadikan ada gunanya...but kembali balik pada prinsip islam bersederhana...bila berlebihan ade la complication..

2nd liver gak pntg untuk metabolism function...wat i mean is contoh bila glucose dlm darah tinggi...hormone insulin akn detect dan tuka glucose kpada glycogen...bila kita perlu glycogen ini akn tuka kpada glucose balik..dlm badan kita bukan ada glucose je as simple sugars tapi ade gak dari fructose slalonya manis buah ngan galactose dari susu...keja liver gak la tuka fructose ngan galactose nie jadi glucose..selain store glucose liver nie store fat..liver buang excess  amino acid  ( simple form of proteins)..in blood..undergo process gluconeogenesis...prosess nie ialah tuka proteins kpda lipid(lemak) 

3rd..synthetitic function...membuat plasma protein..plasma protein nie terdapat dlm darah..actually dlm darah yg merah 2 bukan merah semata2...ada red blood cell,white blood cell,plasma protein dan plalet..liver hasil kan albumin,clotting factors,acute phase proteins dan mcm transport protein kcuali immunoglobulins..n plg pntg gak lipoprotein yg guna utk bawak lemak dlm bdan kita..

4th...function sbgai storage..mcm glycogen ngn lipid td..fat soloble vit A,D,E,K,,,adik..haha..dan vitB 12 gak..

5th...excretion...conth bila wat bile guna cholesterol scara xlngsg dah buang cholesterol dlm bdn nie...excrete bilirubin gak...bilirubin nie actually undergo mcm2 process akn jdi urobilinogen..urobilinogen lak akn pegi kidney hsil urobilin yg wat air kncing kita berwarna kuning,,,urobilinogen gak akn jdi serobilin wat faeces aka taik jadi brown kecoklatan..lagi liver wat horman dan juga remove drug or toxic dlam bdan..

6th...las skli function sbgai defense....Kupffer cell dlm liver akan take up bakteria  nnd damaged red blood cells macrophagic function...liver gak akn amek antibodies utk recycle amino acids of antibody tu...

nie la antara functions of liver...ini physiology nyer iaitu normal function..kita akn tengok pathology plak iaitu bla normal function dh terganggu...pe jadi??
